meet Ania

Ania  is a classically trained Pilates instructor, certified in 2009 through Pilates Technique under the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska, a direct protégé of Joseph Pilates. In 2011, she expanded her knowledge with a certification in Sivananda Yoga in India and has since taught internationally in Australia and Thailand. Ania’s holistic teaching philosophy blends her passion for balance, strength training, yoga, and mindfulness. She is particularly passionate about the importance of movement as we age, recognizing its role in maintaining strength, mobility, and overall well-being, including brain health.

With over 15 years of experience, including years spent working in physical therapy clinics, Ania has worked with clients across a range of abilities, including those with injuries, pre/post-natal needs, osteoporosis, and seniors. Known for her keen eye for detail and encouraging approach, she tailors each session to her client’s unique needs, helping them develop strength and body awareness while supporting their personal fitness and wellness goals. Dedicated to her movement practice and ongoing education, Ania's goal is to provide challenging and enjoyable workouts that create long-term results.
