MEET JUDY
Judy’s priority is maintaining and promoting a healthy mind and body through movement. She first fell in love with Pilates after discovering it in 2017 during a group reformer class. After improving her own practice for several years, she received her comprehensive certification in 2021 from BASI and began her teaching career.
She enjoys various physical activities but Pilates is her passion. She believes awareness, precision, control and concentration are the key elements of movement that truly benefit and challenge your body as well as your mind. She loves to help others build strength in weakened areas and discover their full potential.
